Three months ago, on October 7, the Islamist terror group Hamas attacked Israel. More than a thousand people were cruelly murdered, many of them women and children. The ongoing consequences also include an armed conflict in the Middle East and a dramatic wave of antisemitic crimes in Western countries.

The Jerusalem Post and the leading German newspaper, WELT, will host a conference to discuss these challenges and opportunities with members of the governments of Israel and Germany, experts and politicians.

At the conference, we will host Meirav Leshem Gonen, whose daughter Romi is still in the hands of Hamas. Her presence is made possible thanks to the support of Awz Ventures.

WELT is part of the Axel Springer SE
